Defn: Agency can be defined as a relationship that exist between two parties of whom expressly or impliedly agreed that is being represented is called the principal. While the party that agreed to represent the other is called agent. In other worda, agency is a relationship between the master and the servant or principal and agent.

2.Undisclosed
